Ownership disclosure
EventTicketingSystem.com is owned and operated by Ludus Technologies, Inc., which makes the Ludus ticketing platform. Ludus appears in our rankings. We disclose this in the footer of every page.
Independence
- No vendor can pay for placement, badges or scores. We take no affiliate commissions.
- Rankings are never set by hand. They are computed by code from the published formula, and the same rules apply to Ludus as to every other system.
- We do not invent reviews, star ratings or testimonials, and we don't publish aggregate ratings in search markup.
- Where we can't find a fact, we say "Not published" or "Not found" instead of guessing.
How scores work
Each system gets a 0–100 score from six weighted categories: Fees & cost (30%), Features (30%), Pricing transparency (10%), Contracts & fixed fees (10%), Support (10%) and Payouts (10%). The methodology shows the exact math, fee scenarios and verification statuses. Weights are editorial judgment calls; we publish them so anyone can disagree and recompute.
Sources and verification
Facts come from vendors' own public websites, help centers, terms of service, and public contracts (for example, government meeting records). Each profile lists its sources and a "last verified" date. We re-verify every system at least quarterly and whenever a correction arrives.
Corrections
- Anyone can submit a correction through the correction form or the form on any profile.
- Submissions go to our corrections inbox. Nothing is published automatically.
- An editor checks the claim against public sources or vendor documentation. Unsupported claims are not applied, whoever sends them, including Ludus staff.
- Accepted changes are applied to the data, the formula reruns for every system, and the profile's "last verified" date updates.
- We reply to the submitter when we have a decision.
